How a Referral Works

Step 01

Send the Referral

Call our office or download and fax the referral form. Include any relevant X-rays or notes and we will take it from there.

Step 02

We Schedule the Patient

Our team contacts your patient promptly to schedule their appointment. We handle insurance verification upfront.

Step 03

Treatment & Evaluation

Dr. Ron evaluates, consults, and treats as needed. We keep patients informed every step of the way.

Step 04

Report Back to You

You receive a full treatment report the same day so you are ready for the patient's return visit for restoration.

Case Selection

When to Refer

Send us the cases you would rather not gamble on. Common referrals include:

Molars with complex, curved, or calcified anatomy
Retreatment of previously treated teeth
Suspected cracks and difficult diagnoses
Cases needing CBCT evaluation
Acute pain and trauma needing same-day care
Anxious patients who need extra time and patience
Anatomy near the sinus or IAN that warrants caution
Second opinions before irreversible decisions

Not sure whether a case warrants referral? Call us and describe it. A two-minute conversation with Dr. Ron is often the fastest answer, and if the tooth is one you can comfortably treat in-house, he will say so.
